The job purpose will be to render client service by responding processing and resolving customer requests and queries via telephone e-mail fax and post.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive queries. Log queries. Process requests. Identify client needs. Action and escalate as required. Monitor and follow up. Provide on-going feedback to customer. Ensure correct correspondence takes place- Filing. Written file requests. Create new files. Document searches. Manage and prioritise workflow.- Determine client needs. Research possible solutions. Verify received information. Provide accurate and relevant information to client within agreed to turnaround times.- Assist bankers in processing online applications product queries and quotes.- Participate in relevant formal and informal training initiatives- Screen claims assist where possible. Screen New Business queries assist where possible. Process and communicate quotes. Provide back-up functions for out-of-office divisions on a regular basis.REQUIREMENTS:- Matric- Recognised Long Term Insurance certification (Insurance Institute of South Africa Accreditation Certificate OR Damelin)- Two years - Long term Insurance experience in a client servicing or call centre environment
- The assessments of National Qualifications and City and Guilds qualification (FET level) this includes: 1.1 Briefing and advising students/trainees on the school s assessment process; 1.2 Orientation of students on National and City & Guilds qualification requirements 1.3 Plan and communicate the assessment process to students/trainees. 1.4 Conduct student/trainee training and coaching both in the workplace and in the classroom. 1.5 Accurately record the assessment process. 1.6 Coordinate and monitor the workplace evidence gatheres and ensure that documentation is completed. 2. Monitor the student/trainee workplace experience. 3. Provide training and lecturing as per the operational requirements of the school. 4. Assist with the development and annual review of NQ workbooks and assessment documentation. 5.
