Call Center Agent needed in Sandton ( Gautrain costs covered)

Company specializes in outbound sales of Insurance & Cosmetic products. All sales are conducted using pre-qualified leads and therefore no cold calling is involved. The training department has a young and dynamic team which provides all learning activities in a fun and interactive way. All trainees are trained on the product benefits; objection handling and sales techniques. During the training period the company contributes 100% towards Gautrain fees and once offered a permanent position the company will contribute 50%. Every 6 months all permanent staff members have the opportunity to receive a salary and title revision based on performance as well as a monthly bonus to the value of R15 000.00 over and above their basic salary and commission.
