We are looking for someone who has sold fleet management to large corporate(Alternative fuels lubricants) The candidates will be expected to pursue a planned and professional sales methodology that is by design driven to grow their existing subscriptions base. Responsibilities They will need to: Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all relevant areas that will allow for the effective presentation of the full product suite; Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients based on the various solutions the company offers in line with their specific and defined business requirements and issues; Develop an annual sales plan in conjunction with the Corporate Sales Manager detailing all initiatives and activities with a view to meeting or exceeding individual and group sales targets; Build strategic relationships with clients; and Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. They will do this through: Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and driving the use of these there-of; Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify and focus on the prospects business problems the effects of these problems and the relevant and appropriate; Develop sales strategies and account development plans for complex accounts; Perform the development and performance of sales activities in relation to the assigned market; Direct sales and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability with regards to all Corporate Sales; Be prepared to ensure that the pipeline and quota assigned to them in terms of sales for the month is attained; Planning and organising to see clients and driving this process; Capitalizing on all opportunities to drive the process of meeting the required targets; and Other duties as required. Must have requirements include: Matriculation; 4-6 years sales experience in a corporate environment with the ability to consult and present to senior level management; Ability to build cross divisional sales strategies; Ability to develop sales strategies for complex accounts; Proven ability to reach sales targets and objectives; and Willingness to travel. Nice to have requirements include: Logistics and Supply Chain; Full Maintenance Leasing; Vehicle Financing; Transport Contract Management (Fleet Based); and Knowledge of SalesForce CRM would be advantageous.
