Branch Manager/ Operations Manager (TES) Bloemfontein The Role A position exists for an experienced Labour Broking Branch Manager/ Operations Manager. The candidate is expected to improve the operational systems processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically support better management reporting information flow and management business process and organizational planning. Candidate will be expected to Oversee overall financial management planning systems and controls Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director. Development of individual program budgets Invoicing to funding sources including calculation of completed units of service. Play a significant role in long-term planning including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Regular meetings with Managing director around fiscal planning . The Candidate The successful candidate must be experienced in managing teams with the Labour Broking / TES industry and must be a strong and proven successful deliver of high standards within the TES industry. Operational knowledge including customer service and key account management skills are prerequisite. A minimum of 5 years appropriate management experience would be expected to be successful in this role a plus if this management experience is in Pest Control or Cleaning. The successful candidate will come from an operational management role in the field of outsourced temporary labour services. In-depth experience in the Labour TES environment is an absolute requirement. Min 5 years experience TES Experience- Cleaning Security Hygiene Pest Control Waste Management Remuneration The package is up to R30k p/m depending on experience and will include additionally all business related extra s - cellphone petrol card
