Face to Face Sales Manager (Home Based) Johannesburg East and South Rand R18K - R20k per month depending on skills and experience Plus laptop Scanner cellphone contribution towards petrol and incentives on targets met The employer is a well established fund raising company and requires a flexible and adaptable professional who will run a team and operate at various shopping malls . The Sales Manager has to be an independent and self motivated go getter with good people skills and people management experience. Should you require more clarity on the position please contact the recruitment consultant who will provide you with a full briefing The successful candidate must have: Matric qualification Relevant Degree/Diploma Sales Management experience with a strong track record Experience with Face to Face sales Experience in HR and in Training Willing to work from Home and Shopping Malls Work Weekends / Public Holidays and Trade shows Wear a Uniform May involve travelling to other regions to assist with setting up of F2F teams or head office Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to: Ensure reputation is not brought into disrepute by self and marketers Work independently and be self-motivated Leadership qualities Be conscientious have integrity and honesty Good communicator and well spoken Process and target driven Inspire and motivate marketers and perform firm management of staff including all disciplinary procedures Sales experience to assist marketers with approaching possible donors and help teams to achieve targets Neat and clean appearance Sober habits Need to be process driven record and submit accurate reports Scout for venues and position of stand at shopping centres Ensure stand displays are clean and looked after Recruit and train marketers Quality control of marketers for both PR and sales including completing of sales forms Ensure security control of sales forms and books Ensure security control of cash donations together with accurate recording of daily counts banking cash Be with the teams at all times apart from when doing admin duties required Use call centre for back-up admin e.g. emails print-outs. Be available able and willing to answer all questions when asked Report to and let National Manager know where you are at all times Accurately record and report the number of pitches and sales made by salespeople daily Ensure that the team members are focused on approaching people (and not chatting with each other unless they are helping each other) Daily communication Report-back on the day either at the end of the day or beginning of next what worked what didn t where can we improve/add/take away how we can improve each salesperson (every day for the first few weeks) Goal setting for marketers Handle all staff matters: o Schedule team shifts per week and per venue submit rosters to admin o Manage staff attendance and notify National Manager/F2F Admin Manager if staff are absent. o Saturdays - as team members are paid an hourly rate manager needs to devise a system to ensure that members are present and that they are making enough pitches and enough sales. Ensure processes are in place for stand equipment to be taken down by team leader on a Saturday/Monday and set up by 9am on Monday/Tuesday according to shopping centre requirements o Continuous roleplay and training with staff as well as assisting them with approaching possible donors.
