Warehouse Manager (CSD Manager) - Durban

Matric plus Diploma or Degree in Logistics Customer Service Business Management and Train the trainer Preferable. Minimum 3 5 years people management experience essential. Experience in the medical industry or similar environment a strong advantage. Valid Driver s License Computer literacy in MS Office (Advanced Excel and Word) Experience in JDE (or similar ERP System SAP / Accpac) with experience in sales order processing & inventory management modules Key Duties Obtain and review weekly CSD Reports and deliver at weekly Ops meeting. Procedural audits: loanset & appro procedures & bookings quarterly stock takes cycle counts consignment stock transfers stock requisitions / IBT s invoices delivery notes and appro notes are processed according to procedures. Maintain effective communication with all staff and management. Provide biannual evaluations Set objectives for training and performance and maintain and improve individual performance and staff upliftment. Monitor and suggest changes to stock levels work together with the National Logistics Manager. Plan manage participate in and control the quarterly stock takes national synchronization list Manage and audit Loanset department and ensure that Loanset/Stock controller provides weekly reports of problems and that issues are communicated. Ensuring the strict ISO compliance processes policies procedures and documentation throughout the company. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer retention management (CRM) and excellent customer service delivery (CSD) throughout the organization.
