Offer a superior level of service to all customers and potential customers entering a Company Owned Store Job Specifications: 2 years experience in a retail store 2 Years experience in Customer Services (preferably Telecoms) Matric Ability to operate in a pressurized environment Key Responsibilities: Assist all customers and potential customers who enter a Company store within 2 minutes of entering Process acquisition retentions VAS sales as requested by the customer ensuring utilization of the prescribed policies procedures and rules governing each area Take and receipt payments from customers and adhere to audit and financial guidelines in terms of the processing of account credits Conduct full needs analyses when processing acquisition and retentions in store Explain customer accounts on request and address errors and credit requirements via the policies processes and procedures relevant to each issue Capture and update all customer interactions on SSS Ticklers to ensure that an accurate record is maintained Read and ensure understanding of all communications relevant to the retail environment to ensure full compliance with issues that may effect clients Resolve customer complaints immediately (within 1 hour) or escalate to the Store Manager to ensure resolution Achieve a consistent 95% on Ransys reporting and feedback Achieve the required acquisition and retention targets weekly and monthly Participate in the cleaning roster as compiled by the store manager monthly Participate as designated in the shift roster as compiled by the store manager monthly Attend all mandatory retail training as designated by the store manager from time to time and ensure that assessments are completed and passed Ensure accuracy of all customer details entered into The Company systems CV s to irmgard@platinumplacements.co.za
