Our client within the fashion retail industry is seeking a Second In Charge with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in fashion retail. The successful incumbent must be passionate about fashion and have outstanding customer service skills coupled with the ability to drive for sales. Customer Service: Understand anticipate and satisfy the needs of the customers. Have an active presence at the POS and assist with customer returns and exchanges. Be responsible for the correct handling of customer complaints. Maintain contract and feedback with customers when required. Product Management: Correctly controlling the product within the section to meet sales objectives. Ordering sufficient quantities of stock to guarantee customer satisfaction and store standards. Ensuring that all outgoing merchandise is accurately and timeously processed and sent. Ensuring store merchandising standards are adhered to. Maintaining stockroom standards. Ensuring that fitting room replenishment stock loss prevention and general store operational policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to. Ensuring that all new stock is unpacked and merchandised on the floor within the required time allocation. Ensuring all replesnishment is actioned timeously. Reguarly informing all relevant parties on store and product productivity customer requests and other relevant operational information. Store Image: Ensuring that the store image is maintained regarding window displays staff image furniture and other displays. Ensuring coordination is done according to photographs received. Change the distribution of garments according to sales. Ensure cleanliness of the department. Staff Management: Train develop maintain and organise the team. Be responsible for selecting the best person for furture career development. Assist with team integration into the company. Organise staff rosters and control personnel costs. Budget Control : Control and protect all company assets. Organise the inventory and control wastage in the department. Be responsible for complying with all rules regarding the POS and administrative procedures within the company. Job Specification Key Accountabilities: Engineering support initiation and maintenance of planned maintenance systems and maintenance development programmes.
