Our client within the fashion retail industry is seeking a Second In Charge with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in fashion retail. The successful incumbent must be passionate about fashion and have outstanding customer service skills coupled with the ability to drive for sales. Customer Service: Understand anticipate and satisfy the needs of the customers. Have an active presence at the POS and assist with customer returns and exchanges. Be responsible for the correct handling of customer complaints. Maintain contract and feedback with customers when required. Change the distribution of garments according to sales. Ensure cleanliness of the department. Staff Management: Train develop maintain and organise the team. Be responsible for selecting the best person for furture career development. Assist with team integration into the company. Organise staff rosters and control personnel costs. Budget Control : Control and protect all company assets. Organise the inventory and control wastage in the department.
