Responsible for the management of the Cosmetics Department withith the store through effective execution of company policy processes and instructions. Contributes to the achievement of store profitability and customer service standards. Responsible for driving the implementation of store customer service initiatives to ensure that overall service is delivered. High level brand and external stakeholder management is key to the success of the position within Cosmetic portfolio. Qualification and Experience 4 year tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Commerce (management) Transport Economics or Engineering prerequisite. At least 5 years experience in a senior managerial position of a complex operational environment/ service delivery environment. Computer literacy with MS Office is essential and exposure to a Transport Management Systems will be an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Contribute to long and short term organisational planning and strategy. Assess evaluate and improve the operational systems processes and policies in support of the organisational objectives/mission. Capacity planning and monitoring of infrastructure accommodation and handling appliances. Plan operations & maintenance program and budget. Plan & manage operational projects of clients within the network/ solution. Interface operations to all network clients at senior level. Develop monitor & maintain business continuity plans for all operational sites for crisis situations. Organising Optimise processes and systems between functions clients and service providers. Interface with multiple operational service providers and secure definite and common standards. Identify and harness synergies in the network into tangible cost saving actions. Customer satisfaction against agreed KPI s. Directing Leadership of a national distribution network through regional management structure with focus and team alignment. Record and update operational guidelines in Operations Manual. Measure & manage compliance on a national level through deployment of the OEC and entrenching an innovative operations culture. Provide technical guidance throughout supply chain including laying down maintenance procedures contracts and budgets. Budgetary formulation adherence response to trends deviations and non-compliance Compliance with risk protocols and relevant H & S requirements. Control Continuously monitor current performance against budget or forecasted parameters and arrange corrective actions. Develop appropriate management reporting systems through the operation and refine Performance measurement of people and systems feedback and mentoring - ensuring this mechanism is established throughout the operation.
