Training and Development Manager

Select Personnel Consultants Training and Development Manager Provide an in-house learning and development service as well as create an annual company training plan to incorporate a range of legislative and development training e-learning coaching and mentoring programmes. Main duties will include: Preparing the annual training plan. Maintain accurate data in regards to training plans such as costs records and plans. Organising training courses from start to finish Booking venues for training courses Sending out correspondence and confirmation for training courses Arrange accommodation for delegates attending distance courses Keep all invoices accurate and up to date Gain feedback from delegates after training courses have been completed Liaise with directors to obtain authorisation for training courses Set up reminders for all delegates attending various training courses This position would suit someone with a calm and pleasant demeanor who can easily work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. An ability to comfortably communicate on all levels and deliver the best possible service for both colleagues and training providers. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience in training coaching and developing others.
