The position is based in Bloemfontein please note our client is not able to assist with any relocation costs. This role requires extensive travelling . The minimum requirements and preferred attributes for the position are: 1. A degree majoring in industrial psychology and Personnel Management 2. A minimum of three years experience in a HR management role with a strong business orientation and direct accountability for a general portfolio of people issues. 3. Extensive experience in recruitment and the managing of IR issues 4. A practical grasp of the retail industry and especially the operations and people issues in a store will be beneficial. 5. An up-to-date understanding of all labour legislation especially the LRA and a thorough grasp of the principles and current strategic issues in the field of HR. 6. Effective communication skills in English and a second language appropriate to the region 7. Excellent interpersonal skills 8. A valid driver s license (code 8) Salary: R25 000 and R27 000.
