MAIN PURPOSE: Providing a Payroll administration to a division of Corporate Stores with specific accountability for allocated stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Providing an effective and efficient HR and Payroll service to all stakeholders in line with service level agreements to internal and external customers Ensuring that all HR and Payroll processes are performed according to procedure and adherence to legal compliance Capturing of all transactional work relating to HR admin services are captured correctly and timeously Ensuring that all customer related queries are resolved within agreed turnaround time Planning and prioritizing daily / weekly work load to optimally deliver to the service level agreement Adhering to business deadlines in terms of scheduled deliverables To ensure correctness of payroll data for all store employees and timeous payment thereof on a monthly basis. Co-ordination of all store payroll related distribution processes Ensure that all adhoc HR service requests are dealt within reasonable turnaround time Promotes good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and ensure that excellent service standards and service legal agreements are maintained Ensure the implementation of new / amended policies and procedures Maintain high level of confidentiality Support the broader organisation s business objectives and initiatives As a proud South African brand Woolworths is committed to transformation. Skills Development Administrator

To co- ordinate and administer skills development projects within the Shoprite Group. And to provide administrative and legislative support to ensure compliance and accountability. Key Performance Outputs: 1. Project Administration and Coordination: Administer and coordinate project plans as per the project objectives Coordinate projects from planning stage to execution and the closing thereof Ensure that projects are delivered in budget Align projects to business/departmental needs Provide feedback on a continuous basis regarding the status of the projects to your SDF. Track the progress of the project and comparing it to the planned progress Motivate internal and external parties to work together Assigning tasks to relevant parties 2. Learner Administration : Handle telephone and e-mail correspondence Capture and accurately manage the Learnership filing system Collect and submit in-house results according to deadlines Manage general administration and ad hoc queries relating to Learnerships and skills programmes effectively on a daily basis Collect and submit assessment results to the SETA s in a timely manner Assist SDF with the timely and accurate collection preparation and submission of quarterly reports to the W&RSETA Uploading assessment results onto SAP/electronic system and the Seta SMS system Provide feedback with regards to specific project objectives 3. Client Service: Maintain quality client service principles in order to meet client expectations Build mutually beneficial relationships with internal clients (e.g. line managers departments regions etc.) and external service providers (e.g. SETA) Maintain confidentiality with regards to project plans and reports.
