As the premier manufacturer of detergents and chemicals in South Africa, we offer toll blender contracts for the manufacture of detergents and chemicals. The T&C manufacturing plant is based in the AECI Industrial complex at Modderfontein in Gauteng. The plant was originally built according to the Hercules specifications in 1998 for the manufacture of paper sizing emulsions and wet strength resins. The plant was expanded in 2001 to take on the manufacture of the Chemical Compounders range of products. A further expansion was done in 2003 to improve the ablution facilities, add on a development lab and micro-biological lab, and increase the outside storage area.
All products manufactured at the Manufacturing Plants are manufactured under the quality management system which has been listed by the SABS to ISO 9001: 2000.
