Welcome to Quality Executive development (QED) a dynamic training consulting company, founded 1993 with a sole purpose of offering learning programmes and associated services, to corporate clients, government departments and SETA's, located in Southern Africa and internationally.

QED provides a selection of (ETDP) training programmes that are run throughout the year. In this style of training we focus on offering practical application and observation of performance coupled with the use of practical learning methodologies and exercises, case studies and role plays are used for assessment. This is because the most valid authentic learning process.

At QED we achieve results

 

We pride ourselves at the quality of the results attained from our clients training, as our competence rates are over 90%. We achieve these results through the stringent selection process. We select our candidates carefully to ensure the least number of drop outs and the speediest training and competence ability. This process of selection or screening is done through the use of Compindex.

Another Factor that gives QED favorable results is our unique assessment methodology, which employs our methodology of “live assessment” which entails the observation of the candidate’s performance.

The learner support also ensures that there is enough help for candidates to be able to overcome certain obstacles of what they are learning. This is done through mentorship, of which qualified mentors can be reached by calling our newly setup mentorship hotline or our email support service.
