The difference in placement on search engines: on the right is an advert that gets paid to Google, this is paid for search engine optimization. These are always listed on the right or in the pink section listed as number 1 on Google, there is Absolutely nothing wrong with buying advertising on Google, however there are some companies claiming that they can get you on the first page of Google and some even promise number 1 on Google.  ONLY Google can promise number 1 as they own this space.
These companies claim that the advertising on the right of the screen constitutes a number 1 ranking. This is not true, Google is a very cleaver search engine and it reads the content of your site, and ranks it accordingly, ask any honest web person and they will tell you it takes some level of skill to rank high on Google and quite a bit of work to get the search engine optimization working.

There are two ways of getting results on Google: Organic Search using effective search engine optimization & Google Ads. The most effective way to achieve results is to work simultaneously on both. Using your content to increase organic search success & Google Ad campaign to direct targeted traffic to your site is very effective as organic positioning will change daily. If your Google Ad campaign & your site match correctly and the traffic does not leave your site quickly this it the bounce rate, it tells Google that you are what the traffic is looking for.This is termed relevance. This is a science in itself, and we use a number of analytical tools to scan & measure results. The great thing is the more accurate your campaign the less Google charges per click. Reduce Bounce Rate:

  • Bounce rate is the frequency people land on your site & leave it because it is not what they are looking for.  If the information that you have created is following the 80/20 rule for search engine optimization then your traffic is more likely to read your site and also come back for more information. Remember a visitor must come back at least 7 time before they will become a client.
