Suitable Candidate must have the following work experience: - 5 Years mining experience (Preferably TMM experience) - Experience in the Education Training and Development environment at Supervisor Level - Design and Development of Training Material - Knowledge and Understanding of all mining regulations - Registered Assessor with the MQA The Successful candidate will be responsible for but no limited to: - Daily Liaison with client training department in terms of scheduling training and follow ups with employees in the training centre - Data capturing of portfolios of evidence - Updating of training programmes and records on site - Ensuring that licenses are renewed in accordance with the schedule - Ensure monthly back up is kept for certificate in terms of all training activities on site. or to apply for this vacancy.
