Responsibilities - Overseeing all technical aspects of the company including the Quality System and QC and microbiology laboratory. - Compiling product and raw material specifications - Dealing with SABS in an advisory capacity and for ISO 9001 and a specification point of view - Drawing up and printing batch sheets and developing and maintenance of BOM s - Drawing up MSDS and trem cards for new products and amending existing ones to ensure they are up to date. - Keep up to date with latest developments relating to products raw materials and cleaning methods and to use info to enhance existing products where necessary - Approving of product rework batch sheets - Supervision of AQ Manager to ensure that products meets quality requirements - Development of new products - Ensuring that all product registrations are up to date and registering of new products with necessary government departments of SABS where necessary Compiling 6 months disinfectant figures for the disinfectant levy.
