Regional Sales Manager - Agriculture based in Kwa-Zulu Natal for a large corporate chemical company. Role would include: Create business cases for each product proposal Manage sales in Optimize marketing in conjunction with marketing department Manage and improve key customer relationships Ensure accurate forecasting annually and monthly Create crop concept for presentation at CTM Create strategic product positioning document for season Develop necessary advertising program & material with marketing Formalize CTC meetings Communicate CT decisions and implement with customer s management and agents Establish regular meetings with area team with minutes Maintain close relationship with customer management and receive positive feedback Support agents during farmer visits or farmer s days Minimum Requirements: National Diploma in Agriculture or a three year Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management Proficiency in English and Afrikaans would be advantageous At least three to five years working experience in the Agriculture industry Salary negotiable around R700 000 per annum.
