Monitor and oversee all stock production logistics and people movements within the factory environment. Monitor all activities in and around the premises paying particular attention to the perimeters fences open spaces exits and entrances etc. Monitoring of all vehicles and visitors entering and leaving the premises. Coordinate all reaction activities once alarms have been triggered and ensure that the CCTV monitors capture all related activities. Ensure that all stipulated activities are followed once alarms have been triggered. Maintaining updated daily logs of all activities recorded any alarms activated and unusual requests made. Monitoring of all departments that are fitted with CCTV Camera s and reporting all activities that are out of norm. Report of faulty systems and equipment immediately to Senior and Supervisor Acting on suspicious activities and reporting them to the necessary security personal the service level providers and law enforcement agencies to ensure immediate attention. Compiling complete investigation reports on suspicious activities monitored during their respective shifts. Ensuring that all CCTV footage related to investigations are correctly logged filed and stored for further usage. Acting as the expert witness to CCTV footage captured to ensure the validity and relevance of the footage within the context of investigations and further disciplinary enquiries and potential criminal cases. Managing all CCTV related footage and ensuring they are correctly filed and stored. Ensuring the maintenance of all technical and software equipment. Hill Appointments Call Centre Agent (Online Casino) Assists all English users/clients (primary language). - Meets or exceeds the monthly sales targets as set by management. - Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language). - Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call live chat and e-mail). - Ensures that all communication with our users/clients is of the required/expected quality. - Ensures that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner. - Ensures that all customers are correctly assisted and retained. - Completes assigned Outbounding tasks within the required time frame. - Assists VIP Hosts (when necessary) with Spanish translations and / or correspondence. - Provides Team Leaders and Floor Managers with information related to customer issues. - Monitors Internal Systems and informs the Floor Manager if these systems are not operating correctly. - Enhances and improves customer experience and relationships. - Operates as part of a Team. - Correctly records all communication with our users/clients. - Correctly escalates queries to other departments (should the need arise). 2 - 3 years customer care experience preferably from a high contact environment. - Previous sales / outbound experience in a call centre environment. - Must be fluent in English written and spoken as a first / native language. - Above average English communication both written and spoken. - Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic and written communication ability. - Intermediate computer literacy (specifically MS Office and internet applications). - Moderate typing skill/accuracy in native language (average 30 WPM with 90% accuracy). - Strong attention to detail and distinct ability to identify and solve problems. - The ability to swiftly adapt to changes in workplace and industry. - A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. - Must be able to perform under pressure. - The ability to multi-task. REQUIRED Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification Customer Service diploma (or equivalent qualification). ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be willing to work shifts. The Call Centre is a 24-hour operation and agents work on a rotational shift basis. - Essential - Must have own (reliable) transport and a driver s licence. - Must be flexible on overtime (should it be required).
