Serve as liaison between the Province / District and the HR Grant Consortium Members 3. Liaise with role players and informing them of any changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: Ability conduct performance appraisals direct the allocation of resources set priorities and identify issues to be escalated manage customer requirements and expectations manage relationships with alliance partners/suppliers Experience conducting performance appraisals Knowledge maintaining personal records of employees regarding wages leave training etc. staffing numbers skills and needs to meet organisation s objectives the basic recruitment principles
