JOB MISSION / PURPOSe : To perform effective planned maintenance and repairs to the whole production machinery and utilities - Electrical installations and PLC s - Mechanical installations - General buildings - All utilities-Refrigeration Air and Steam plant. - Comply with OSHact Regulations and other Legeslation. - Involve with all new projects etc. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: - Accurately carry out maintenance schedules for production machinery and services ( Electrical and Mechanical) - Carry out lubrication schedules. - Ensure a high standard of Housekeeping at ALL times where worked. - Carry out all works orders given within the time frame given. - Perform and ensure quality workmanship - no come backs. - ALL work must be performed safely according to all safety regulations. - Speedily rectify breakdowns and after hours call outs. - Weekly shift and stand by duty to be performed as per rooster. - Keep Foreman up to date pertaining any potential breakdowns and any safety threats. - Adhere to Company HACCP policy. - Perform shift and standby callout duties. - Working overtime when required as agreed by Foreman. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Qualified Electrician / Millwright preferably Olifantsfontein trade test. - Have a N3-N4 Electrical Certificate - Have passed Matric Grade 12 RELATED EXPERIENCE - 4 years General Engineering experience in Mechanical and Electrical Have 5 years Engineering maintenance in the FMCG industry. - 4 years experience PLC Siemens S5 6 7 - 4 years electrical problem solving experience. - To have process control experience. or to apply for this vacancy.
