Consultative style with influencing ability High degree of emotional intelligence with strong leadership skills Due to BBBEE requirements preference will be given to EE/AA Applicants Duties: Responsible for Insurance Sales Gauteng focusing on the Insurance market. Achievement of increased volumes and dominance of the Insurance market including Broker business. Provide strategic input and direction to the business on sustainable market share dominance over time. Delivery on the Sales strategy as defined for the business. The development of sustainable long-term relationships with key Insurance and Broker Partners. Delivery of new broker customers to the business. Building capability for the generation of sales and an increase in volumes from the channel (in terms of strategy tactics team deployment management of resources e.t.c). Input into the sales budget and the management of the achievement of targets. Implementation of appropriate internal systems to manage relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of Insurance partners. Lead the Gauteng Sales teams providing leadership management of targets performance management and customer service. Leadership and development of staff. Analyse the current and future needs of the business and to formulate sales strategies accordingly. Influence the team and those not under his/her own direct reporting structure regarding the benefits of proposed changes.
