Someone who can work as part of a team providing assistance to clients on a variety of matters within the front end Construction Law arena. Minimum Requirements 1-2 years post articles experience within a general Corporate practice Experience with front end Corporate Construction Law or Infrastructure Project Finance would be advantageous but is not required Specific interest in specializing in front end Construction Law essential Law degree from a recognised tertiary institution either in South Africa or internationally Must have served and completed articles or a training contract with a recognized local or international law firm Good knowledge of contract law highly preferred.

Reporting into Chairman of the Group the role is intended to provide sound and timely legal support to functions and business operations in MEA with a large focus on system size (new deals conversions renewals and pipeline attrition). The successful candidate will also co-ordinate special mid-scale projects and will also have heavy interaction with the companies interests.
