The position entails providing support and adding depth to the Immigration management team in terms of delivering high quality service to clients networking identifying and managing risk managing key client relationships and projects providing technical support and review of work and coaching and development of staff. Key Responsibilities Immigration o Assess and examine each case and provide possible immigration solutions which will including examination and recognition of forged documentation (this will require excellent observational skills and an understanding of forgery techniques o Conduct personal interviews with each client and work with interpreters if necessary o Collect relevant documentation from the clients o Collate application forms and ensure that the required documents are accurately completed o Submit application forms for Visa and Work Permit Applications timeously to the relevant Governing Bodies o Communicate with relevant Governing/ Statutory Bodies and Overseas Embassies o Provide feedback to the clientsâ regarding their applications o Reports - Monthly and Weekly reporting (brief case studies and statistics on applications) o Stay abreast of changing legislation changing economic needs and current affairs o Comply with legislation rules and policies o Tracking and administrative duties Team Management â Direct involvement with staff technical skill development growth training and motivation. â Participate in staff performance reviews and career development planning . â Support and coach staff in terms of accuracy and completeness in the preparation and finalisation of work.
