The position will require you to travel from store to store doing in store promotions checking stock levels and presentation of products building relationships with clientele and will be responsible for general sales marketing and promotions of the brand. To ensure efficient processing of warranty claims. To control the warranty system in order to avoid the risk of loss to the company. KEY TASKS AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Warranty Claim Processing: Record check and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions. Process and reconcile claim settlement paperwork received from manufacturer. Investigate and query unsettled and short paid claims and assess their causes. Record supervise and control the systems for parts returns and inspections. Control the system for the receipt and recharging of specialist repairs. Customer Service and Satisfaction: Help to ensure a customer-satisfying level of service in respect of warranty work performed. Explain warranty conditions and procedures to customers to avoid misunderstanding and conflict. JCT600 LTD 2 Warranty Administrator MAIN WORK ACTIVITIES Claim Processing and Management: Obtain validate and query as necessary all claim information available from job cards vehicle history technician notes and other sources as appropriate. Record and process claims using manufacturer and concessionaire systems and procedures using their references and control data to transmit all such claims for payment. Query and discuss as necessary with the Aftersales Manager any claims that are dubious in nature or of concern as to the likelihood of rejection. Receive and reconcile payment summaries from concessionaires and record all under/overpayments making enquiries and investigations as appropriate and recommending sums for write off. Correct and resubmit rejected claims where it is felt that the claim is valid. Reporting on claims rejected for which a resubmission is not possible. Proactively investigate overdue claims and discuss issues raised with manufacturer/concessionaire representatives and fellow staff as appropriate. Control all filing and archiving of claim paperwork to ensure a clear audit trail which can be clearly followed and proven to any manufacturer s/concessionaire s warranty auditor. ADMINISTRATION Help ensure efficient progress of warranty jobs through the workshop. Circulate new and up-to-date warranty information and literature for new vehicles and repair procedures. Liaise with manufacturer s/concessionaire s representatives to ensure that explanations are given for work undertaken where appropriate. Assist the manufacturer s/concessionaire s warranty auditors in reviewing the dealership s records. QUALIFICATIONS TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Ability to enter information onto the computer and other warranty systems and Kerridge. Ability to assess and report on warranty repairs. Numerate and articulate to the clerical level required. Ability to maintain personal technical knowledge and skills and up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures. They are currently seeking to employ Sales Agents for their dynamic expanding Team. They have been in operation since 2002 and provide a highly competitive commission structure and other incentives. Candidate must possess the following in order to apply: Matric . Credit & Criminal Clear . Valid SA ID. PC Literate. Strong Command of the English Language is essential. Confident Money Hungry personality is a must! Previous SALES / OUTBOUND Call Centre experience is IDEAL - At least 6 - 12 months.
