Key requirements: NQF Level 4 - Matric (Grade 12) Business Analysis Diploma 3-5 Years experience Key Competencies: Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes. Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements. Understand the technical designs as well as the specifications. Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems. Experience in the IT industry and working with IT Teams NB! End to end experience of the project lifecycle Proven experience interacting directly with end users. Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities will include: Collecting understanding and transmitting the business requirements for the project and translating these into requirement specifications and detailed test plans. Analysing and document business processes. Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive. Documenting and analysing the required information and data. Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications. Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys business process description and task analysis. Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI screen and interface designs. Vine Recruitment Auto Electrician Our client in Paarl is urgently in need of a Auto Electrician: I. Department: Workshop II. Reports to: Workshop Manager III. General Purpose: Ensures that all carts are kept in top working order by providing timely service and establishing a sound preventative maintenance program. IV. Essential Duties: Establishes and follows a sound preventative maintenance program to ensure long battery and cart life. Has a comprehensive understanding of auto electrical requirements. Has experience in general maintenance of automotive vehicles. Will be required to help with the servicing of all estate vehicles. Trains all guest services associates in the proper care maintenance and charging of carts. Assists guest services associates with maintaining the appearance of the cart staging area the podium and bag drop area the cart storage and wash down areas. Orders parts and supplies as necessary and performs routine repairs on operation vehicles such as carts ranger carts and beverage carts. Assists guests with questions and general facility information. Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Attends staff meetings. V. Education/Experience: Minimum Grade 12 with mechanical workshop experience. Qualified Auto electrician 5 years working experience on carts. Has experience in general maintenance of automotive vehicles. VI. Language Skills: May be required: to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and correspondence; to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization. VII. Mathematical Skills: May be required: to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals; to compute rate ratio and percentage. VIII. Reasoning Ability: May be required: to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form. IX. Physical Demands: Frequently stands and walks; uses hands to feel or handle; reaches with hands and arms; stoops kneels crouches or crawls. Occasionally sits climbs or balances.
