Junior Analyst: Ambient Reporting and Client Liaison (G344)

D escription: An international company is seeking a Junior Analyst: Ambient Reporting and Client Liaison. Key responsibilities will include: planning and scheduling of work to be conducted by members of the team agree target dates for site work and reporting; where necessary ensure that changes to schedules are negotiated with and understood by customers; project tracking and reporting against target schedule dates in conjunction with the Supervisor; assisting in implementation of quality system and managing it when accreditation is received; resource management in conjunction with project managers; ensuring familiarity with all test methods through mentorship research and self-study; knowledge of sample handing and lab process; data management; compiling high quality reports for all aspects of ambient and associated work; compiling and performing presentations for clients; interactions with Field Officers regarding siting and sample changing issues; customer communication in all aspects of work being done; communication with the Supervisor to provide update on deliverables and project progress; invoicing for all work done on a monthly basis; proposal generation for new and retainer clients; understanding and implementing the correct scope and work; initial client site visits; site and client visits to perform audits; client liaison; adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the company s management system; cease to carry on with work that may affect the quality (integrity) of services and report the situation to higher authority to take action; initiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs possible improvements are identified or when nonconformity is identified; provide supervised consulting and project management services to the company s ambient air customers particularly in terms of site management and reporting; assisting project managers to ensure the efficient execution of projects and assisting in the management and day to day operation of the quality system.
