Project Controls Manager Leading International EPCM firm based in Sandton require a dynamic Project Controls Manager with a wealth of experience to join their team. Job Specification: We are recruiting Project Controls Managers. This position requires at least 8 years experience in the Project controls arena 2 years of which must have been at the project controls manager/lead level. The incumbent must have extensive knowledge and hands on experience with Cost Controls and Planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate should have contract/commercial experience especially with claims scope variation change procedures and compensation events . A solid background is required in taking an estimate and rolling it into a cost controlled environment and as well as developing a baseline for execution for aforementioned areas schedule and cost forecast/plan. Must have multiple discipline experience and have worked in the oil/gas industry or power generation industry and performed as the project controls lead on a complex project in excess of 500M USD. Preference will be given if experience has covered all phases of the project ( Engineering Procurement Construction and commissioning). The incumbent must have supervisory experience and an ability to train and develop others. The incumbent must have international experience. Preference will be given to those that have experience in South Africa.
