They are looking for Product Support Documentation Developer at their Head Office in Cape Town s Northern Suburbs. Responsibilities; should include but not be limited to: Document design Liaise with subject matter experts to obtain the required understanding context and content of the system information that needs to be documented Interpret the context and meaning of systems information to determine the most appropriate way in which it must be documented for communication to internal and external clients Design create and update either from scratch or using existing documents end-user system training manuals and training related documents e.g. one pagers for external clients meeting all organisational standards and requirements Compile system release notes for internal and external distribution within the agreed upon deadline according to the required standards Provide full administrative support to the Support Manager Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to communicate and provide information by relevant methods to assist and enable organisational operations Compile and word-process various documents reports and other electronic information Coordinate and report on all employee training Based on the information received from the various department managers identify select and manage external training providers necessary to delivery required employee training to appropriate standards Monitor and report on employee training activities costs etc. meeting all organisational standards Competencies; should include but not be limited to: Create manage and maintain professional constructive and cooperative (external and internal) interpersonal relationships Organising planning and prioritising work Writing and Reporting Data gathering and analysis Qualifications: Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 4 years experience in documentation writing Excellent writing skills Advanced Microsoft Words skills Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Personal Attributes: Needs to be able to work in a team Ability to work well under pressure Self-motivated and self- managed Strong problem solving skills Must be able to use initiative and take ownership Able to communicate effectively Report on progress and raise issues / problems when necessary Attention to quality of delivery Strong planning skills i.e. work against deadlines Be able to work overtime when required How to apply: Please send your CV to clivejobs(at)wcp.co.za quoting CSGLPT PSDD - 001 as a reference.
