TELESALES Minimum requirement of 40 telephone calls to be achieved per day to existing as well as new customers. To ensure customer satisfaction of products purchased. To inform customers of special offers. Handling of queries satisfactory. Quotations to be acted upon with sense of urgency accurate and signed by Sales Manager. Instruction given by Sales Manager to be carried out promptly. Cross-sell. Take messages and calls. COLD CALLING - Bringing in new business monthly PROCESSING CUSTOMERS ORDERS ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY Making appointments with the customer and sells the benefit of the Delivery Schedule to the customer. If the customer agrees and signs the schedule the info is loaded onto the AS400 Delivery Schedule Menu and the special pricing is loaded. QUOTATIONS ADMIN TO BE COMPLETE DAILY Prompt reply on quotations to customers. Minimum of 100 quotes per month Follow up with customer regarding quotation whether quote is accepted - raise invoice on AS400. Quote not accepted discuss with customer and file for future reference. CLIENT SATISFACTION Customer service is Key. Client relationship management should be the focal point of you base CLIENT VISITS Min of 5 appointments per day. Plus 3 cold calls per day.
