Provide effective support for the Plant and Equipment applications deployed in the companys environment ensuring that hte service provided is of the highest quality and standards Fixed assets (Equipment) Plant and Equipment Maintenance Quikview (Pertaining to applications supported) Investigate application issues and user problems affecting the business Identify and develop tools techniques and procedures for improving the performance availability and reliability of the applications Work with development to design and refine the applicable processes procedures and delivery mechanism Analyse incidents perform route cause analysis and determine recommended solutions Resolve issues reported speedily and where these are recurring identify and document problems clearly for escalation to the Development department Log investigate document and track technical issues with Service providers e.g. proposed suggested service packs Keep up to date with the Plant and Equipment system Suppliers and the products that we have Ensure that the documentation related to any application that is deployed to the production environment is of the required Mpact ICT standardm and that the solution / problem to be solved is understood and covered Ensure that the Quality Assurance has been performed prior to deployment of any application Training Provide effective training for plant and Equipment application to users Ensure all aspects of business usage of the Plant and Equipment Systems an the Business Processess are developed in User Productivity Kit (UPK) Ensure that eth users begin to use the software
