We are looking for someone with a degree or similar in hospitality and at least 3 years experience. An understanding on Hotel Systems would also be fantastic as well as in-depth knowledge in FOH Accommodation and F&B. You must be able to work well under pressure and communicate and lead your team when it is required. A fantastic opportunity to gain experience in opening a lodge. She must have some experience in cheffing. We are not necessarily looking for someone with a chef qualification but some experience and understanding of the kitchen will be required.
