Education and Experience Postgraduate degree in Behavioural Sciences Commerce or equivalent qualification Minimum six (6) years experience in a Human Resources environment At least three (3) year experience in Talent Management and/or Performance Management (experience in OD or Leadership Development will be an added advantage)Proficient in MS Office Registration with the HPCSA as a psychometrist / psychologist Strong analytical experience Experience in a HRBP role: Key Result Areas for the position are as follows: Work as part of a professional specialist team and establish solid working relationships with the business and HR Community in order to diagnose design and deliver solutions to the business Research and design in line with best practice delivery Contribute towards and where necessary take the lead in the design and implementation of talent management solutions to be delivered to the business.
