Must have a diploma or HR qualification and a driver s license!! The effective and efficient control of all administrative components relative to the Human Resource Department. To input all necessary information for accurate salary payments run payroll distribute salary slips. Keep up to date with tax changes and implement in payroll. To ensure that staff physical and electronic files are relevant complete up-to-date and that signed documents are in place. Update VIP with employee data. To produce statutory reconciliations and returns. To produce year end accounting reports and IRP5 reconciliation. To produce monthly salary journals and monitor all control accounts. Run and lead the Consultative Committee in the company Perform all the administrative duties relating to medical aid provident fund - including liaising with the provider Provide the administrative support with all the legislative requirements including disciplinary processes employment equity skills and BBBEE. Provide the administrative support regarding the ISO procedures pertaining to the HR function namely: Resourcing Performance Management and Training Ordering of all stationery. To improve performance within the organisation by influencing the business in such a way that the Human Resources of the organisation are optimally utilised. Recruitment selection and integration of staff Support the induction programme for all new staff in conjunction with Manager of new member. Be flexible in using different consulting roles (e.g. expert teacher guide partner observer) to enable people to act according to the demands of the situation. Counsel staff where appropriate or recommend them to outside parties for counselling. Use discretion and judgement to decide on appropriate direction and courses of action. Act as observer various employee/employer meetings. Co-ordinate the employee consultative committee. Draw up and post or distribute company announcements. Make training bookings arrange for payment and report details in monthly report. Update all training records for personal files and in VIP.
