Existing Customer Management: Manage retain and grow the existing customer base (increase book growth) via development of appropriate existing customer management strategies; Revise and review product pricing strategies; Assist Sales Team in the development of sales tools required to drive sales and turnover within the retail partner network; Liaise with Risk to ensure that all products are managed in accordance with the company s governance rules; Input and liaison with marketing team to develop innovative marketing programs and communication strategies; Engage with Legal & Compliance to ensure that all products are compliant. Key Responsibilities Duties & Roles Develop a change management approach and plan (as per the People Change Management framework and methodology) inclusive of communication plan for the specific program in alignment with the project implementation plan. o Ensure that the plan is signed off by all affected stakeholder groups. o Develop and maintain a journey plan for the projects. o Ensure a detailed stakeholder management plan is in place for all direct and indirectly affected stakeholders - including the stakeholder road map and dashboards. Develop and maintain risk and resistance matrix and provide input to the program manager and programme on the mitigation plans. Align all of the relevant contributory components to the change management journey: o HR o Communications o Training and up-skilling o Business enablement o Staff As part of the change management process ensure to be an integral part of the program working group and liaise very closely with the program manager to align all of the contributory parties with the project plans and ensure that there is synergy with the desired program outcome. Responsible for the implementation of the People Change Management Plan: o Ensuring there is clear expression of the reasons for change and helping the sponsor/ transformation leader communicate this. o Identifying change agents and other people who need to be involved in specific change activities such as design testing and problem solving and who can then act as ambassadors for change from within the affected area o Assessing all the stakeholders and defining the nature of sponsorship involvement and communication that will be required. o Planning the involvement and project activities of the change sponsor(s). o Planning how and when the changes will be communicated and organizing and/or delivering the communications messages. o Assessing the impact of the changes on people and the organization s structure. o Planning activities needed to address the impacts of the change. o Ensuring that people involved and affected by the change understand the process change. o Making sure those involved or affected have help and support during times of uncertainty and upheaval. o Assessing training needs driven by the change and planning when and how this will be implemented. o Identifying and agreeing the success indicators for change and ensure they are regularly measured and reported on o Leading change managers and ensuring delivery Ensuring ongoing staff readiness in alignment with the project implementation plan Feedback & monitoring of the effectiveness of the plan Diagnose gaps misalignments & manage resistance - effectively managing change requires continual reassessment of its impact.
