To focus on the High profile and complex system integrations pertaining to all scheme integrations i.e. cardholder files switch-out claim files switchback/batch etc. as well as vendor integrations i.e. hospitals doctors pharmacies and inter switch as well as HealthNet ST product development in line with the HealthNet technical product strategy. This includes1. System design quality2. Management including technical manager/project manager across companies and departments within the various companies in a matrix organisation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the technical system in an integrated solution from an end to end perspective including:Required project planning outcomes delivery management and documentation management (incl appropriate resource management /conflict resolution to ensure required outcomes in line with specified milestones are met)Management of the technical integration end to end including:System integration resource management to timelines and specification involving technical resources from both companies Appropriate Comms solution design and implementation Testing and accreditation including management of testing requirements /environment management Implementation of the technical solution including on site management when going live where required as well as ensuring required monitoring processes are in place including required technical incident management and resolution3. Manage the training requirements of Integration Quality employees on all aspects of technical end to end integration delivery for all markets/products as part of the capacity building process which includes on-site training where required.4. To act as a back-up for the IQ executive/employees on a project/product basis where required.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:1.System Analysis and Integration Design:Internal and external requirements gatheringFacilitate JAD workshops internal and external Document functional solution for the business requirementsCompile business and technical specificationsManage the end to end system design quality for high profile clients and complex systems:Do required internal/external system analysis with detailed system flow diagrams including appropriate comms solutionPresent business analysis of all assigned projects to the IQ Executive or Project team for approvalCompile all required documentation (business system and technical specifications) for the internal and external clients and get sign-offMinute external client meetings2.Quality Management:Quality improvementOperational efficiency and quality:Consistently review existing processes for operational efficiency and quality as part of continues improvement cycleIntegration quality:3.Technical Environment Management:Manage vendor environmentManage ST testing environmentManage Testbed EnvironmentTest environment management:Test option configured to cater for all possible scheme rule requirementsST testing environment set-upMaintain testbed environment and ensure installable software version are loaded for accreditation4.Project Integration/Implementation management:Upon agreement with software clients regarding the relevant project - drive project to completionCompile/change HealthNet pre-accreditation accreditation and pilot accreditation documents5.Customer focusAttend all internal and external meeting with customers and action all technical incidents/issuesManage the flow of technical information between the company and the software owners once accreditation has taken place6.Capacity building Targeted mentoringTraining framework7.Special ProjectsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSTertiary education system analysis and design Degree in information technologyKnowledge of HealthcareBusiness analysis CourseProject management courseBACKGROUND EXPExperience in analysing a business need and extracting the requirements into a business requirement specificationFamiliarity with defining business requirements for software developmentBackground experience in the health care market is an essential requirement for this positionStrong communication skills documentation facilitation5 years exp SKILLS REQUIREMENTSystem and data base designGood understanding of all IT/Telkom related communication protocolsPast programming experience in Delphi Pascal and C On line real time processingGood knowledge of XML
