Administration Manager Muizenberg Improvement District (MID) one of Cape Town s Special Rating Areas requires a full time Administration Manager to keep their office in Main Road open and accessible to members of the public 9 5 Monday to Friday. The Administration Manager supports the work of the nine MID directors holding portfolios from Chair through Environmental Upliftment Security Marketing Membership and various special focus areas.In addition he or she liaises with MID members members of the general public various City officials MID s book-keeper auditors company secretary and others. MID needs a good communicator with well developed social skills and who is also meticulous about keeping records and following necessary procedures and protocols. Experience in a position involving balancing conflicting demands on time and attention general office administration and extensive use of computers would be essential. Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
