Participation and attendance at daily Department Head Meetings 3. Record keeping and filing 4. Maintenance of Housekeeping Manual 5. Prepare daily time sheets 6. Complete monthly payroll input 7. Complete all monthly inventories on time 8. Prepare purchase orders and order supplies as required 9. All staff vacation schedules completed and maintained 10. Co-ordinate Lost and Found Department and Log Book 11. Control and accuracy of Maintenance Log 12. Completion of Daily Room Inspection with Maintenance
