MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Quantity surveying or related qualification a definite advantage Must have at least 7 years experience in a similar industry Computer literacy English language proficiency Ability to read technical drawings Financial Acumen Attention to detail Ability to interact at various levels Problem Solving Ability Communication Skills - both written and verbal MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare thorough and complete cost estimations for proposed contracts in order to determine the profitability Prepare tenders Prepare quotes Analyze data such as labour costs equipment materials subcontracts overheads insurance mark-up and any other costs that may affect the contracts Utilize drawings to provide detailed specification cost information Prepare quotes for general telephonic quiries Provide information to clients on all Aquatan products Follow up on orders and liaise with the client accordingly Obtain and collate information for tenders Assist Contract Managers with claims Assist Contract Managers cost advice and price information during all stages of the contract
MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work from wiring diagrams wiring tables and circuit diagrams. Must have experience in wiring of PLC MCC s and PC Boards (wire ranges from 0.22mm to 25mm) Must have knowledge of basic electronic component (resistors diodes etc ) Must have knowledge of wiring techniques. Prospective candidates will be doing a practical exercise and then will be interviewed. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and Initiating Projects Establishing Temporary Power during construction Establishing Grounding Systems Installing Service to buildings and Other Structures Establishing Power Distribution within Project Planning and Installing Raceway Systems Installing New Wiring and Repairing Old Wiring Providing Power and Controls to Motors HVAC and Other Equipment Installing Receptacles Lighting Systems and Fixtures Troubleshooting and Repairing Electrical Systems Installing and Repairing Traffic Signals Outdoor Lighting and Outdoor Power Feeders Installing Fire Alarm Systems Establishing OSHA and Customer Safety Requirements Installing Instrumentation and Process Control Systems Including Energy Management Systems Erecting and Assembling Power Generation Equipment
Warehouse/receiving or dispatch management Staff management ensuring consistency in productivity Stock control and stock taking Implement stock loss control measures Attend to client queries ensuring client satisfactory Logistics and fleet control Ensure that all parts are dispatch and delivered to clients on time Implement and enforce health and safety measures within the warehouse Ensure housekeeping at all times or to apply for this vacancy.
