I am seeking in employment in administration, reception or accounts. My last job was with SARS in Johannesburg, where I worked for 20 years. I resigned October 2012. I am enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated and enjoy working in a team. I enjoy working in a busy environment and am both adaptable and reliable. I carry out all tasks to a high standard at all times. I am looking to secure employment within a busy environment, which will utilize my current skills and provide the chance to develop new skills and knowledge. Job Purpose Summary: As an HR & Recruitment Administrator your role is to support the HR department with HR admin and all aspects of the recruitment process. You would work with various kinds of employment agencies as well as advertise on other web portals, dealing with permanent or temporary work at all levels. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Create detailed Job descriptions and KPI s for new positions and have it signed off by the manager responsible for the spec/position. Create questionnaires on PNET to score applicants who apply for a position. Full administration of PNET i.e. vacancy categories, questionnaires, talent pool etc Advertise available vacancies on PNET, in the newspaper, Jobmail, Gumtree and OLX to expand the portal. Outsource vacancies to agencies when required and negotiating agency fees Headhunting candidates as and when required. View CV s, make a shortlist of CV s that meet the minimum requirements and send through to the manager recruiting Create a talent pool of candidates suitable for positions not available. Schedule panel interviews and preparing interview packs for the interviewee and interviewer/s. Once the first interview process is complete, final interviews are scheduled with the MD. Reference checks i.e. criminal, ITC, qualifications, driver s license and previous employer are done for the two shortlisted candidates. Preparing an offer of employment and dummy payslip for the successful candidate. Upon acceptance a contract pack is prepared and handed to the candidate on their first day. Printing of payslips for impersonated employees Administer all monthly returns i.e. provident fund, medical aid and third party payments Liaising with Labour lawyers to ensure fair labour practice Typing out written warnings upon instruction from manager issuing the warning. Sitting in on disciplinary hearings as an HR representative in the absence of the HR Manager Scheduling performance reviews for all new employees in their probation period. Assisting with all HR queries daily. Submitting all maternity claims to MIBCO (Sick and accident fund) Submitting all medical aid applications to discovery as well as medical aid terminations. Confirming new employee bank details and completing new employee forms before submitting it for payroll Collecting missing tax numbers-registering for tax numbers on SARS Auditing contracts to ensure that everyone has a signed contract on file, collecting contracts that are not signed.
