Training Coordinator Woodmead R8000-R10000 per month TCTC The position of training Coordinator entails the following responsibilities: Planning of Training Courses Creating Events on Internal Software Updating & Creating Training Schedules. Cancellations of Training Dates Cancelling Venues Catering Flights Accommodation Car Rentals and Speakers in due time. Problem Dates on Training Identifying such dates and communicating this to the Sales groups. Purchase Orders for Training Sourcing Competitive Quotes raising the Purchase Orders and liaising with our Finance Dept. regarding this. Liaising with Lecturers Trainers and Training Centers. Coordination of Food Orders for Training. Payment of Invoices Arranging payments for Venues Flights Trainers and Speakers. General Filling. Arranging Flights & Accommodation for away Training. Checking of Training Evaluation forms. Allocate Internal and External Trainers to present Training. Assisting with Registrations for Training Bookings/Renting of our Training Facilities (DBN CPT PTA). General Invoicing. Assisting the other Administration Team with various tasks. . Skills Knowledge and Experience: The successful applicant will display strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly organizational skills will be customer focused and will be fully bilingual. Personal Qualities: The successful applicant will be well organized with an ability to plan effectively and be able to work well under pressure.

Compiling of training material relating to internal training. Presentation of workshops training courses and seminars to end users and dealers. Monitoring of training standards (internal and external). Assist with compiling and proof reading of marketing material relating to training workshops and seminars. Maintenance of required software installations registration of software and demo data on training computers at all training centres nationwide. Assisting support and other departments over busy periods. Skills Knowledge and Experience The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Pastel Payroll & HR and sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a prerequisite. Candidates must display excellent attention to detail and well-groomed communication skills. An extensive application (Verbal and Written) of the English language will guarantee this position. Prior experience in an assessment and authoring role will be advantageous. Personal Qualities The successful applicant will be well organized with an ability to plan effectively and be able to work well under extreme pressure. The position is deadline driven and therefore the job incumbent must be able to work accurately and efficiently with a sense of urgency. The ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised are critical attributes required in this position.
