Brannon Recruitment Contract Manager-Port Elizibeth Contract Manager-Port Elizibeth The Role Our client one of SA s largest TES Labour Broking businesses is requiring the services of an experienced manager to join and run one of their largest Key Accounts based in Port Elizabeth. The position will be as Contract Manager for the Account but in essence the function will be more like a branch manager - and will in fact report directly to the Regional Manager. The position will be for the overall general management of a contract that includes 1500 contractors layers of management multiple client reporting structures and complex operations. The position will be to keep operations flowing smoothly the client happy and the workforce productive. The position will require expert level skills and experience in IR and Disciplinary Action as well as regular engagement with union officials as needed. The position will require strong and proven skills in computer reporting this will form a large portion of the deliverables for the clients contractually as well. The Candidate The successful candidate will absolutely have to come with vast experience in TES / Labour Broking key account management. Nothing less than 8-10 years would be considered for this position. The successful person must be experienced and skilled in all disciplinary action including acting as Chairperson. Keeping discipline on the contract is one of the key deliverables for the client. Strong computer and system skills will be a must as is the ability to generate accurate and detailed reporting. These will not need to be generated from scratch the IT infrastructure already does that - but it will require a person of adequate skills to ensure accuracy and relevance of reporting. Skills in high-level account management including client engagement and regular CSI reporting is a given so experience in this field is mandatory. This is a demanding and challenging position but will suit a personality that is able to handle huge amounts of activity and meticulous management of large numbers of people.
