POSITION BASED IN CAPE TOWN Key responsibilities Day to day support Logging of technical support requests and incidents Attempt first contact resolution telephonic and/or remotely Provide effective problem diagnostics and support to end users. Perform technical troubleshooting on the desktop platform and on printers. Liaise directly with vendors to resolve hardware issues. Provide support to the document management system.
