Reporting to the Regional Team Leader the incumbent will form part of a team selling imported laboratory equipment and consumables into the region covered by the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or similar B Tech degree. Majors in microbiology chemical pathology or genetics will be advantageous as well as experience in working with laboratory equipment. A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. English is the primary business language. Possess high levels of self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team. KPA s: A focus on growing the industry sector client base. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Dealing with existing clients and new clients who contact the Company. Establishing and developing relationships with the clients. Taking specifications from the client researching the products required and correlating these to the products sold by the Company and developing a quotation for the client. Following up with the clients. Update and maintain the customer database. A willingness to travel locally in the wider Eastern Cape region.

To requisition parts and equipment as necessary. Working with electronic systems including: Electronic ignitions alarms immobilisers and tracking devices Electric windows mirrors and seats towbar electrics and air-conditioning Customised led or neon lighting kits parking warning systems and reverse cameras.
