Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained and receive the support they need to perform their duties. Ensure the strict observance and implementation of the Business EHS Quality Policies and all Company rules. Ensuring that established rules and safe or environmentally sound working practices are adhered to. Managing the Sisonke Cost Centre results to ensure budgets of the office and projects are achieved. Manage the utilisation of resources to ensure all employees within the department are adequately assigned MAIN DUTIES: Ensure scope of work is executed within cost time and quality. Plan and set up vehicles accommodation and other support for site staff. Establish site regulations and rules of site operation. Select and hire local personnel as required.
