To develop an Organisation Development strategy in line with the overall Human Resources Strategy and Performance Scorecard and ensure effective implementation through integrating and optimising functional activities processes or systems across an internal value chain and ensuring adherence to an operational framework of policies. Responsibilities: Develop plan for implement and take accountability for the strategy operational framework processes systems and policies of the Organisation Development function partnering with the Executive: Human Resources to optimise the Human Resources transformation and service delivery. Establish an aligned functional Balanced Scorecard focused on the implementation measuring and management of the functional strategy operational framework and processes. Establish and manage healthy vertical and horizontal business processes that ensure efficient and effective client delivery within set expectations and agreed performance standards. Determine the foundation of Organisation Design/ Redesign requests and liaise with business on their specific requirements. Develop Organisation Design Blue Prints and liaise with relevant stakeholders on conceptual organisation structure options. Resources Service Management Model in line with future business needs and requirements to drive service excellence Craft service practices and standards that meet business needs. Ensure effective relationships and SLA management with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain excellent relationships between own team and key internal interest groups. Contribute to a service culture which builds rewarding relationships proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service. Ensure process optimisation is prioritised in order to deliver targeted strategic advantage. Act as Process Owner for the Organisation Development function and ensure that functional processes are continuously improved consistently aligned with the Human Resources Value Chain and integrated with other Human Resources processes Ensure that the Organisation Development function is adequately budgeted for through the development and implementation of fit for purpose budgets. Manage vendor relationships and budgets associated with projects. Ensure effective financial management control and corporate governance. Take accountability for the management of business related risks within own area. Operate within agreed mandates. Observe local regulatory requirements whilst ensuring counterparty risk is within mandates. Empower direct reports to achieve tactical excellence / best operating practice. Embed formal performance development and informal coaching in the function. Identify attract appoint grow engage reward and retain top talent to drive strategic execution. Coach direct reports on how to conduct meaningful performance development discussions with their direct reports and ensure that they conduct the process effectively. Establish and maintain a succession plan for the key roles in the function and review and approve succession plans for one level below. Planning Manager based in Dubai for the construction industry. This a permanent role which will include: Job Description Organize to assume comprehensive and independent responsibility of Planning Department for preparation of Bar Charts Construction Programs Construction Planning Crash Programs Cash Flow identifying items on Critical Path suggestive programs for Recovery Programs and other Planning related issues for each Turnkey project by using PRIMAVERA MS-PROJECTS or other state-of-the-art softwares. Organize to establish start and end date commensurate with contractual clauses and prepare Construction Programs and Cash Flow accordingly. Organize to identify each component of work and prepare planning schedule commensurate with the quantity resource allocation start and end date for the component. Organize to coordinate with field engineers to record actual progress of each component of work and submit factual status to the management. Organize to highlight items or components on critical path and prepare and submit factual status to the management. Organize to prepare Construction Programs as per contract vis-à-vis factual progress achieved on site to the management. Organize to coordinate with the Operations Team for recording and updation of factual progress achieved by company labours.
