Staff KPA s Performance management assessments motivation and discipline of staff Support Support given to various departments and GM s within the organisation Maintain Policies and Procedures Ensure that all Finance policies are documented and kept up to date as required Ad Hoc IGF Insurance Renewals Stats SA Knowledge of B-BBEE and the calculation of the score Project Management Develop project plans; Coordinate projects; Communicate changes and progress; Complete projects on time and budget; Manage project team activities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS Education Must have Matric (Grade 12); and Relevant degree.
