In Service Training Electrical or Electronic P1 & p2

A Company in Montague Gardens is looking for someone to do their In Service Training P1&P2. Minimum Requirements: Completed S4 Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Please note only S4 candidates, N-Stream candidates will not be considered). Must have a drivers licence and own vehicle. Must already stay in Cape Town or in the immediate vicinity. Must have above average grades in theory. Must be willing to learn and be humble. Must have a positive demeanour and be able to work with clients. Must be well spoken and well presented. Must be able to follow orders strictly, and use initiative when needed. Must be a team player and be able to work without supervision as soon as possible. Must have no criminal record. Must have dependable hand skills. Must be a RSA Citizen . Must be willing to sign a two-year contract with the company. All applicants must submit proof that their S4 has been completed by submitting a current and stamped Statement of Results and proof that their account has been settled in full by the service provider (college, university etc.) and must submit a certified copy of their ID. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who complies in full with the minimum requirements! Service Desk Manager

Salary: R25 000 CTC per month My client is seeking a Service Desk Manager to coordinate the Contact Centre. The successful candidate must have a relevant Tertiary Qualification as well as a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the automation (Printer/Copier/Fax) experience advantageous. Duties Include: Day to day Management of the service call center staff workflow and performance. Achieve business goals through people management and leading the Service Desk team effectively. Ensure that the Service Controller manages all incidents logged, giving attention to quality of details captured, feedback to users, effective assignment and escalation. Authorize toner requests Release service orders of Dealer calls for approval Do non-stock GRN s for service orders Release credit notes for approval Daily direction and monitoring of technical teams adherence to SLA response times Deliver against service level agreements (SLA s) ensuring alignment to set targets and performance criteria. Training of new call center staff and up skilling of existing staff. Liaising with KDZA and national dealers for timely deliverance of national service. Escalate non-performance of field technicians to service manager. Ensure that all service/consumable calls are logged on Evatic. Monitor toner consumption yield of SLA clients. Ensure compliance of departmental general admin/filing procedures. Attend field technician weekly meetings and escalate non-performance issues. Conduct and minute monthly service call center department meetings. Perform staff appraisals for both annual bonus and salary increase purposes. Ensure that the company maintains a high level of service response and overall deliverance. To work closely with the Managing Director on an on-going basis so as to implement new efficiencies and monitoring systems resulting in improved service deliverance. Assist at stock take annually. Accountable for High Priority Incident Management Facilitate the recovery of all P1/P2 incidents with appropriate reporting and notifications to key Stakeholders Manage persistent incidents from Trend analysis and or Management Escalations Proactively manage incidents to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal business impact, and initiate escalation procedure Understand and appreciate the impact of incidents on Client Business Keep Service Desk informed of progress on High Priority incidents and potential workarounds Collate daily Management Reporting Provide Monthly MIS Reporting Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Basic understanding of ITIL (Essential) ITIL certification (advantage) Business Relationship Management experience (Essential) Minimum 3 years in similar role within contact center environment Experience in Service desk environments Experience in Call Centre Operations Maintaining equipment experience NB (Cellphones/printers/Copiers/Cars etc.) IT technical support experience preferred Displays Ownership Able to troubleshoot Be forward thinking Proactive rather than reactive What to include: Detailed cv (Please include month and year employed) Reason for leaving last employ Current salary Required salary Email your detailed CV to: Email your cv to Please note only Candidates that meet the required minimum will be considered coupled with information requested above.
