HR Manager required for a large mining operation in Kriel. Only South African citizens who are suitably qualified live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy. The successful incumbent would be required to have working knowledge of HR Management systems and procedures and all South African Labour Legislation. The main duties of the incumbent would include but not be limited to executing the Business Unit HR Strategy in line with the Organisational Strategy and thereby ensuring the successful execution of Key HR Deliverables . Must have excellent communication interpersonal and decision making skills.
