Regaional Administration Manager - Northern Regiuon required for Commercial Vehicle OEM. Reporting: This position will report to the General Manager Truck Centre Region North and is supported by Branch Administrators and Admin Assistants at the various Branches within the Region. Job Objectives: Financial Administration ï Monitor and control of the following: - Creditors & debtors function within the region reporting on non-conformances. - Credit note process ensuring for example that authorization limits are adhered to. - Cash Accounts. - Petty Cash processes. ï Oversee the scrap and scrap oil funds process ensuring timeous banking of monies received. ï Oversee supplier approvals ensuring adherence to procurement policy & procedure. ï Oversee efficient and effective handling of customer queries. Safety Health Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Ensure effective coordination and control in terms of internal policy procedure &process as well as external legislative requirements through liaison between relevant parties. Security and Risk ï Monitor adherence to compulsory security and risk requirements. ï Liaise and communicate relevant information promptly (upward downward & laterally). Human Resources (HR) ï Coordinate and manage HR administration functions within the region which include: - Updating personnel information. - Completion and dissemination of paperwork such as engagements terminations and transfers. - Process death and disability claims as well as monitor and communicate progress. ï Monitor adherence to HR policies and procedures for example leave policy overtime & recruitment. - Report any non-compliance. ï Ensure exit interviews are completed. ï Liaise between HR Department Service department and management within the Region to ensure effective coordination and control. ï Complete update and communicate organograms. ï Coordinator communication forum activities such as agenda and meeting arrangements. ï Provide administrative support to management to ensure job profiles are completed and kept updated. ï Monitor guide and advise relevant parties about Global activities and projects such as - Personal Business/Performance Plans. ï Communicate current and updated policies and procedures. ï Manage the administration of the clocking system (kronos) for the Region and assist with queries. Qualifications: ï Matric. ï Relevant post matric qualification in Business Administration or similar. Job Experience: ï At least three years experience as a Regional Administration Manager or similar within the Motor Industry. Key Competencies ï Excellent communication and people skills. ï Ability negotiate and manage conflict. ï Excellent organizational and administrative ability. ï Fully computer literate Microsoft GDS system experience or similar. ï Ability to work well under pressure. ï Ability to work within a diverse organization. ï Ability to think on your feet. ï Ability to operate at various levels.
